My Body as a Temple

In this workshop, you will create a map of your body, explore the power of Yoga asanas (yoga poses), and absorb the healing benefits of deep relaxation. Experience the gentle, reflective approach of Yasodhara Yoga, Hidden Language Hatha Yoga - developed by Swami Sivananda Radha under the personal direction of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh.

Expect a nourishing day of self-inquiry, written reflections and discovery where each individuals’ uniqueness is respected – a safe place for exploration and for translating your own insights into practical clear directions.

The day will include a lunch break and opportunities to talk with others and share your discoveries.
